My name is Jeremiah

My 11-year career in the world of IT,  began as a Tier 1 help desk technician. Despite my outgoing personality and interest in socializing, I found my passion in resolving technical issues and gradually climbed the ladder to lead a department of my own. However, I soon realized that the traditional approach to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) did not align with my ideals.

Having worked at several MSPs, I recognized a significant gap between the needs of individuals or small organizations with one or two computers, and the minimum service requirements of established MSPs, which often ranged from 5 to 10 computers. I identified a niche in the market and decided to launch my own company, with a fresh perspective and approach that would cater to these clients.

I believe in a personalized approach, which sets me apart from other MSPs. I offer tailored services that align with the specific requirements of my clients, even if they only have a single computer. My aim is to provide top-notch support to all my customers, regardless of the scale of their operations. My experience has taught me the importance of attention to detail, quick response time, and transparency in communication.
